    Southern Regional AHEC Family Medicine Center invites your entire family into our care. Thirty clinicians in our practice work as a team to provide clinic and hospital care. The team is comprised of faculty physicians, resident physicians, physician assistants (PAs), nurse practitioners (NPs), pharmacists, and psychologists. We strive to function as a Patient Centered Medical Home.


    Southern Regional AHEC Family Medicine Center welcomes new patients. One of our clinicians will be assigned to be your primary care provider, who will manage your health care needs and maintain a special focus on preventive care and health maintenance. Co-payment is expected at check-in. Insurance card(s) and photo identification are required at each visit.

    We strive to offer patient oriented, convenient, high-quality care. One of the ways we do this is by offering our patients online health services through this website. Our practice emphasizes the use of health information technology and after-hours access to improve overall access to care when you need it and to help you avoid unnecessary trips to the emergency department and multiple specialists.

      
    After Hours Care: For emergency care when the clinic is closed, please call 910-678-0100. You will be connected to an answering service operator, who will contact the doctor on call. This service is not for prescription refills and is not a nurse triage line. If this is a medical emergency please call 911.

    Our office hours are: 

    Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (regular hours)
    Extended hours are now available Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (by appointment only). COVID Testing is by appointment only for our patients.

    We support our patients having access to their health information. Beyond the patient portal, we have also enabled the ability for mobile apps to provide you access to your health information in a safe and secure way. Currently, we are unaware of any apps that have been configured to connect to our system. We will update this page southernregionalahec.myezyaccess.com when we become aware of any apps that you can use to access your health information. Customers should continue to update their email address in the Patient Portal as necessary.
